Thank you for supporting the Oregon Coast Council for the Arts. Please note that all donations are freewill, and donations in any amount are appreciated. Donations of $15 or more receive a reserved parking spot, as a thank you for supporting our Operations Fund. Films will be screened rain or shine, unless the weather or other circumstance may cause a danger to you, the PAC staff and volunteers, or our equipment. Sound is broadcast via FM radio. In order to hear the film, you’ll need a working FM radio inside your vehicle. Lot opens at 8:30pm and your spot will be held until 9:00pm. Upon entry we will verify your vehicle based on the information you’ve provided here, and a volunteer will guide you to a reserved space.

To ensure we can continue to host these events, we ask that you comply with the following safety regulations:

Attendees must practice social distancing, maintaining a 6′ or greater distance between themselves and those not in their parties at all times, and must remain inside their vehicles except in case of an emergency or to visit the restroom (one person at a time – please do not congregate). This also means, at least currently, no ‘back of truck’ viewing. Please note that as our building is currently closed to the public, only the outdoor restroom (near the playground) will be available.

Masks are not required within your own vehicle, provided windows remain fully closed. However, if you wish to open your windows, masks are required (except for those aged 2 and under). To help with social distancing, we encourage you to open only the windows on the South side of your vehicle (the side facing the playground). If you are unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons, we ask that you leave windows up.

PLEASE NOTE: A Social Distancing Officer will be on site, to ensure all attendees remain in their vehicles, do not congregate, and comply with social distancing measures. Those not in compliance will be asked to depart. (Please don’t spoil the fun!)

You are welcome to bring food, drink, and concessions with you to be consumed in your vehicle, but we ask that whatever you bring in you also take back out. That is to say… take yer’ garbage home with ya’.

Vehicle parking will be arranged to allow for any vehicle to depart at any time throughout the evening. Please drive slowly, and follow all parking directions and instructions from our volunteers and employees.

Enjoy the film, be awesome, and have a wonderful night out with your family! We look forward to seeing you!
