Take Two Players will perform in
Mythically Mythical Myths
by Jon Jory
Ah, Greek and Roman myths. The foundation of theatrical tradition! Watch as this zany, action-packed comedy (complete with Netflix references) brings you the abridged (but relatable) history of Greco-Roman mythology from Orpheus and Eurydice to Zeus to Sophocles to Aphrodite to everysinglemythyoucanthinkofandmore! It’s sure to seem like, well, Greek, at first. But by the end, you’ll be an expert…or at least you’ll be able to pretend to be one at parties.
Director: Danika “Bug” Simon
Assistant: Tess “Germ” Dziak
Prime Time Players will perform in
Attention Detention
by Bradley Hayward
Four honor roll students have been summoned to detention. To avoid punishment, they each come up with a preposterous excuse for their tardiness, and their wacky tales are acted out by an ensemble of performers. As one wild lie piles on top of the next, the principal gets further away from the truth. Will he be able to figure out that these creative overachievers are coming together to avoid being bullied? He’ll have to think fast for he’s up against a swift and desperate bunch of kids, each with a knack for making the most ridiculous stories sound entirely possible!
