Carla Perry is the author of three published poetry collections and the novel, “Riva Beside Me: New York City 1963-1966.” Her essays, short stories, and interviews and photos of other writers continue to be published widely. Her current projects include the poetry collection, “Men Who Love Me Now,” a young adult magical realism novel that takes place in the 12th century in Northern Italy, and the 5th story in “The Cape of Kindness Adventure Series” targeted at elementary school age kids. She is also collaborating with a few others on the “Jew Girls Adventure Series,” a rollicking fun series of books that take place along the Central Oregon Coast and feature a wacky foursome always enmeshed in trouble.
