Georgia lives on the Brookings, OR coast with her husband Bruce. Her first book, Wildlife Friends: Northwest Coast was inspired by life on the ocean where “our back yard is the beautiful Pacific and all that this environment has to offer”. The book is one of poetry about the animals we find here on the Northwest Coast, with each poem accompanied by an original watercolor painting.
I created the book for my grandchildren, wanting it to be both whimsical and educational. It is my hope that children of all ages will enjoy reading it, or being read to as much as I enjoyed creating the book.
