Experience the magic of eco printing; a process of making direct contact botanical prints from the natural pigments found in plants.
During this workshop, participants will explore the alchemy of fire, water, and plant materials to create unique botanical prints on fiber. The unpredictable, often surprising result is what makes the process of eco printing so exciting. Prepare to be wowed by Mother Nature’s magic!
Participants will be taken on a guided discovery walk at Yakona Nature Preserve while learning about ethical foraging. Students will create their one-of-a-kind botanical print captured on a silk scarf. DETAILS:

Workshop is open to participants aged 16 years and up. Class size is limited to 12 people.
No experience necessary. All materials provided.
Please bring your own drinking water, snacks and/or lunch.
