About the class:
In this family-friendly holiday class, you’ll create ornaments using a traditional gold gilding technique. Make your very own ornaments, decorating them with acrylic paint and then exploring different ways to apply the gold over the top. At the end of class, you will have 3 gold gilded ornaments (1 animal shape, 2 rectangles) to give away as gifts or decorate your home with for the holidays.
This is a great class for families! Children ages 6 and up are welcome with an accompanying adult.

About the instructor:
Khara Ledonne has worked as a professional artist for more than 20 years. She now resides in the PNW and is a member of the co-op gallery ForArtSake here in Nye Beach. Before that, she worked as a muralist and sign painter in New York, where she gilded many windows and even the ceiling of the Empire State Building!
