Tiny Taste of Tapestry

Students will weave a tiny tapestry while learning basic weaving techniques, including how to create stripes. They will finish by removing their work from the loom and turning it into a cute wall hanging to take home. The final wall hangings will be approximately 3″ x 6″ in size. All skill levels are welcome!
Everything will be provided for this class, but if you have a favorite yarn or an interesting object you would like to use in your weaving, feel free to bring it with you.

About the instructor:
Anna Biszantz is a fiber artist and educator based on the Oregon Coast. Her work centers around weaving both artwork and wearable cloth. She also maintains a dye garden for printing and dyeing with natural dyes.
