Bio: Neskowin is my home base on the Oregon Coast. I paint outdoors, working directly from life. I painted this piece at Rocky Creek State Park during a glorious sunny week in February.

Bio: Leslie Cheney-Parr is a retired community college instructor, a watercolorist and printmaker. Locally she is represented by the Rental Sales Gallery at the Portland Art Museum.
