MASK REQUIREMENTS
Beginning 7/26/22, the Newport Performing Arts Center and Newport Visual Arts Center (“OCCA”) will be observing the following protocols for masking and non-masking:
OCCA will be using the Oregon COVID -19 Public Health Indicators found on the Oregon Health Authority website as our point of reference to determine the requirement of a mask at ticketed events.
When Lincoln County transmission rate of COVID-19 is in the moderate-high range, masks will be required for patrons 2 years of age and older while attending a ticketed performance.
When Lincoln County transmission rate of COVID-19 is in the low category, masks will be recommended, but not required.

During regular business hours (non-performance times) and at non-ticketed events, at both the Newport Performing Arts Center and the Newport Visual Arts Center, masks are recommended but not required of our visitors.
