Moving effortlessly from one genre to another, classical or popular, he transforms each concert into a breathtaking sonic experience. He is nothing less than a total orchestra.
Emerging as a child prodigy when he performed for Eva Perón at the age of five, Olivera began his formal music training in Buenos Aires, moving on to New York with a scholarship at the Juilliard School of Music. He has given countless performances at America’s Carnegie Hall and Walt Disney Concert Hall, at the Royal Albert Hall in London and Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, and as soloist with such leading symphony orchestras as Pittsburgh and Cleveland.
