Event Calendar Submission

Submit your coastal arts event to the COAST ARTS calendar

Please note:
Your event must be arts related*
Your event must take place on the Oregon Coast*
You must provide an event image that is portrait-oriented (tall, not wide)**

* If your event does not meet both of these criteria, it is not eligible for inclusion in the COAST ARTS calendar.
** If your image does not fit into the allotted space (1200 pixels tall by 1000 wide), it may not be included with your submission and/or may be cut off.

 

 

Calendar Submission

IMPORTANT: You may upload an image with your submission, but please note that our calendar only accepts images in JPG or PNG formats that are 1,000 pixels wide by 1,200 pixels tall.

    If your event happens on multiple days or times, use the "+" sign on the right to add additional fields.
  • PricePrice Description 
    Please type the price, or FREE, or BY DONATION, etc. Use the "Price Description" field if you need to explain tiered pricing (e.g. General Admission, Seniors, Students and/or Orchestra, Balcony, etc.) Use the "+" sign on the right to create multiple price tiers.
  • Where is this event being held?
  • Who is presenting / producing this event? (Often this is the same as the Venue. That's okay.)
  • Please select up to three event types.
  • Where can someone find more information about this event?
  • Please provide a short blurb about this event. If your event runs multiple dates, please include exact days/times here (in addition to inputting that information above).
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, Max. file size: 32 MB.
    Please be sure the image you upload is 1,000 pixels (wide) by 1,200 pixels (high). - PORTRAIT orientation (tall, not wide, not square) NOTE: Once you click "Submit" please wait until you see confirmation that your submission was received. It may take a few moments, especially if the image you've uploaded is large.

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR EVENT:
Please double check all dates, times, spellings, and facts. Once you submit your event, you will not be able to change or edit it.
