Event Calendar Submission

Submit your coastal arts event to the COAST ARTS calendar

Please note:
* Your event must be arts related*
* Your event must take place on the Oregon Coast*
* You must provide an event image that is portrait-oriented (tall, not wide)**

Calendar Submission

  • Who is filling out this form?
  • Should we need to contact you.
  • This should be the actual title of your event, not a headline. Please keep it simple, refrain from adding additional language or adjectives, and DO NOT USE ALL-CAPS.
  • DateStart TimeEnd Time 
    If your event happens on multiple days or times, use the "+" sign on the right to add additional fields.
  • PricePrice Description 
    The PRICE should be a dollar amount only or the word "Free" only. Any additional language ("general admission", "or by donation", etc.) should be entered in the DESCRIPTION field. If there is more than one price type (eg adults vs youth) please use the + on the right to add more prices.
  • Where (what building or location) does this event take place?
  • Who (what company or organization) is organizing, producing, or presenting the event? (In some cases this may be the same as the venue, and that's okay.)
  • Please select UP TO three event types. For example, a film festival would only need to use "Film Festival" as their event type. A choral concert might use "Concert" and "Choir". A stage play might use "Theatre" and "Theater". Please DO NOT select types that don't specifically describe your event.
  • Where can someone find more information about this event?
  • Please provide a short blurb about this event. If your event runs multiple dates, please include exact days/times here (in addition to inputting that information above).
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, Max. file size: 32 MB.
    PLEASE be sure the image you upload is vertical, not horizontal. It should be exactly 1,000 pixels (wide) by 1,200 pixels (high). If the image you submit is the wrong orientation or dimensions, it may not appear or may be cut off. NEED HELP? Please double check all dates, times, spellings, and facts. Once you submit your event, you will not be able to change or edit it.

Please note: Events do not appear on the calendar instantaneously. All submissions are subject to review, which may take up to 10 business days.
