Create! Explore! Enjoy!
Youth entering grades 5-8 (in fall of 2023) are invited to take part in a fun and creative week-long visual arts “camp” at the Newport Visual Arts Center. Explore your creativity and meet new friends as you learn to combine your own vision and imagination with the building blocks of art – line, shape, form, value, space, color, and texture.
Led by OCCA’s own Arts Education Manager, Sara Siggelkow, and a team of teaching artists, students will spend the week exploring the elements of art in various mediums.
