Coastal Arts Guild (CAG) and Oregon Coast Council for the Arts are once again sponsoring a monthly drop-in figure drawing series, one Sunday each month, at the Newport Visual Arts Center.
This is an opportunity for artists of any skill level to experience figure drawing from life, with a live model. The model will be wearing fitted clothing and will begin with a series of quick gestures, followed by longer standing and seated poses. While the event will be facilitated by a CAG volunteer, who will be available to answer question, participants should note that there will be no formal instruction.

There is no fee to attend these drop-in sessions; however, a $5-$10 donation to the Coastal Arts Guild is requested, to help cover the model fee.
