Coastal Arts Guild (CAG) and Oregon Coast Council for the Arts are sponsoring a drop-in figure drawing opporunity at the Newport Visual Arts Center.
This is a chance for artists of any skill level to experience figure drawing from life – with a live model. The model will be wearing fitted clothing. They’ll begin with a series of quick gestures, followed by longer standing and seated poses. The event will be facilitated by a CAG volunteer, who will be available to answer questions. Participants should note that there will be no formal instruction.
