You’re invited to join the brass and percussion of the Newport Symphony Orchestra as we celebrate America’s independence with our annual FREE Community Concert, conducted by Adam Flatt. This year’s program will take place outdoors at Newport Middle School. Seating is on the field, so bring a blanket or camp/beach chair. Concert includes “Fanfare for the Common Man”, a tribute to Oregon Coast fishermen with McKinney’s “Sailor’s Delight”, and tributes to members of the armed forces.
