Established in 2014, The Late Risers are a traditional jazz group led by trumpet player Sam Dechenne. The ensemble comprises musicians passionate about the classic Jazz era and is inspired by speakeasies of The Roaring 20s, The Great Gatsby, and Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Over the years they have become a beloved institution, performing at night clubs, swing dances, weddings and events across the East Coast. The Late Risers elicit smiling faces and dancing feet wherever they go and their music brings people together.
