Join the Oasis Ensemble for an afternoon of vibrant soundscapes suffused with shifting colors and mercurial moments. Hear works by Debussy, Ravel, and Poulenc as we trace the development of French Impressionism from the late-19th through the mid-20th centuries and move into modern day Italian Impressionism. Our concert begins with the World Premiere of The Enchanted Garden by Italian composer Roberto Piana, a work commissioned by the Oasis Ensemble in 2025.
With Guest Pianist Andrew Cannestra (Visiting Assistant Professor of Piano at St. Olaf College)
