Witness a master of the acoustic guitar – Pierre Bensusan – in an intimate live concert event!
Somewhere between jazz and rootsy folk, Pierre Bensusan has spent five decades building a sound all his own. The world-famous French-Algerian guitarist, singer, and composer plays with remarkable harmonic richness and range, drawing on folk, jazz, classical, and North African influences.
Bensusan started young. He released his debut album, Près de Paris, in 1974 at just 17, and it earned him recognition at the Montreux Festival. Since then, Guitar Player magazine readers have voted him Best World Music Guitarist, and his triple live album Encore won an Independent Music Award for Best Live Album.
This special, limited-seating concert showcases a true master of the instrument: one artist, one guitar, with every texture, harmonic turn, and shift in dynamics close enough to feel.
