Featuring tidal-themed wheel-thrown and hand-built ceramics created in the VAC clay studio.
Different approaches, common tidal theme. Barnacles, anemones, blues, aqua, white. Callum creates functional wheel-thrown vessels adorned with barnacles that emerge from glazes that evoke ocean, surf, and tidepools. Rebecca Cabral dives into underwater tidal zone creatures both realistic and invented in hand-built sculptures, and vessels. All of these works of art were created in the VAC Clay Studio.
