Charlotte is an artist, working for more than forty years in multiple art media. She was very active in the field of public art installations and has many large tapestries, fiber hangings, and ceramic tile and mosaic murals in state office buildings, schools, and other facilities in Alaska and California. Charlotte retired from public art in 2005, and turned to smaller works in painting, printmaking, and ceramics.
