The Brookings Harbor Area Council for the Arts (BACA) is a non-profit, umbrella organization for the promotion and enhancement of the Arts and Arts Education in the Brookings-Harbor Area. Among its programs and sponsorships are the American Music Festival Summer Concert Series; Stout Mountain Railway, and Nature’s Coastal Holiday Light show in Azalea Park.
