The Mission of the Pacific City Arts Association, Inc. (PCAA) is to enrich the artistic and cultural life of the Nestucca Valley, focusing on the village of Pacific City. To this end the PCAA seeks to develop, coordinate and schedule artistic, cultural and educational activities.
PCAA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization; contributions are tax-deductible. PCAA is also included on the Oregon Cultural Trust’s of cultural non-profit organizations.
