Wallace Kaufman has taught literature and writing at Duke University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and at Bucknell University where he served twice as writer-in-residence. He has also taught Spanish at the community college level, property valuation in Central Asia, and has lectured on current affairs in Russia and Central America, environmental history, and 18th century Russian exploration.
He offers a variety of programs and talks ranging from individual tutorial and workships to readings from his own work and themed group readings (with or without music) from a collection of works.
As a professional mediator and member of Oregon Mediation Association, he offers mediation services to artists and arts organizations.
