Get to know the beautiful effects and colorful possibilities using transparent artists’ watercolors. Learn all about the lingo of the medium and the use of various brushes and materials. Whether beginning or just reviving your interest in watercolor, our goal is to understand techniques and gain confidence with this sometimes fickle medium. We will practice with color palettes, layouts, and simple scenes as we try out washes, bleeds, textures and more.
