Library Cards
Library cards are available free of charge to patrons who reside or own property within the library district. Individuals who live outside the library district, or do not own property within the district, may purchase a library card.
Individuals holding cards from any one of the other Curry County public libraries may receive a library card free of charge following verification from the primary library that the patron is in good standing with the primary library.
Children under 16 years old must have a parent or guardian present to sign up for a library card.
Non-Residents: Individuals who live outside the library district, or do not own property within the district, or cannot present acceptable proof of residence, may purchase a library card for a nominal fee.
Circulation Services
The library currently has over 70,000 items available to be checked out, including books, DVDs, videos, audiobooks, magazines, and pamphlets. Library materials are checked out for a three week period. Items which have not been reserved by another patron may be renewed once, either in person or by phone.
Interlibrary Loan
If the library doesn’t own the book or magazine article you are looking for, we may be able to borrow it from another library.
Homebound Service
The library is pleased to offer a Homebound Service for those who are unable to come to the library in person.
Internet Access
The library offers wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) for users with wireless-enabled devices such as laptops, PDAs or tablets.
There are four 1-hour use sit down computers with printers.
