The NCRD Performing Arts Center has become an important community asset to the North Oregon Coast. Stage events that may not have been possible due to lack of space or technical equipment are now a reality in this facility.
The theatre contains 193 comfortable seats. It is equipped with a full complement of stage lights and sound equipment, as well as a 12 ft. movie screen with projector. It is frequently rented along with the NCRD Art Gallery and kitchen for intimate receptions or with the gymnasium for much larger gatherings. Additional rooms are available for readings and rehearsals.
The Performing Arts Center incorporates the visual arts as well as a wide array of musical performances. The theatre space is also ideal for businesses and organizations to present speakers, films and other events. Rental fees are based on the type of use and the time and space that will be needed.
