Pacific City’s South Tillamook County Library is the pride and joy of our community. Housed in the new Winkelman Library Building, our full service facility is rivaled by none. Newly completed in 1995, the entire facility was built by donations, fund raisers, and grants. We are proud to say no tax money was used and we remain self supporting through our Thrift Shop.
