Bio: Award-winning Southern Oregon artist, Lynda Hoffman-Snodgrass has worked in the medium of watercolor for over 40 years. Her painting, “Storm Break,” was selected for the ISEA’s  2018 Annual Experimental Exhibition in Runyan Gallery at the Newport Visual Arts Center.

Note: This work was the result of a plein air day along the coast near Brookings.
