It’s time to apply for FY2024 grants!

Lincoln County Cultural Coalition wants cultural organizations throughout Lincoln County, and/or that serve Lincoln County, to apply for 2024 grants. In recognition that the process of applying for grants may be confusing or daunting for some, we’re hosting two grant application workshops:

September 6, 2023 – 5:30pm

September 8, 2023 – 12:00pm

This workshop is your gateway to better understanding the grant application process and securing funding for your artistic endeavors. Led by seasoned experts from the Lincoln County Cultural Coalition, this informative session will guide you through the essential elements of a successful grant proposal. Whether you’re a seasoned grant writer looking to refine your skills or a newcomer eager to learn, this workshop will empower you to craft a compelling grant application.

– Learn the art of persuasive storytelling to effectively communicate your project’s impact.

– Understand the key components of a grant proposal, from project description to budgeting.

– Explore successful strategies for aligning your artistic goals with the Lincoln County Cultural Coalition’s priorities.

Lincoln County Cultural Coalition envisions a vibrant cultural life for all, and engages community members to create and celebrate a dream of lifelong cultural experiences. LCCC redistributes county-allocated funds from the Oregon Cultural Trust to local organizations. They also advise the Lincoln County Foundation on annual grants from the Mark R. Sponenburgh Memorial Trust.

Grants are are made to projects that improve access to cultural experiences, raise the level of cultural awareness for youth, and/or facilitate infastructure improvements. Grants from the Lincoln County Cultural Coalition range from several hundred dollars to a maximum of $2,000. Grants from the Sponenburgh Memorial Trust have a maximum of $3500.
