Oregon Coast Council for the Arts pleased to announce the 2nd annual “Member Show” exhibition – featuring the diverse work of OCCA’s member artists.
The show will feature a fresh and eclectic mix of materials and styles, and all pieces will be original works of art by OCCA members – created within the last three years – that have not previously been exhibited at the VAC. Last year’s inaugural Member Show included 112 pieces by 72 local artists of all skill levels. Mediums included paint, fiber, ceramics, photography, mixed media, collage, and more.
An opening reception will take place on Sunday, January 21st from 2pm-4pm. Light refreshments will be served, and Andean Folk Music Group Chayag will perform.
This exhibit will be on display in the Runyan Gallery at Newport Visual Arts Center from January 21st – February 25th, 2024.
